The cheesecake ship always makes great cakes but this shop just has poor customer service. We were about to spend just over $100 in the store but they wouldn't cut us a piece of cake to the size we wanted. Mind you this was not an unreasonable request as they cut this size on a daily basis but the guy just said he didn't want to cut it. He threw away a large sale because he didn't want to cut a cake. Every other cheesecake shop would have been all over it but not this one. We were told we should come back tomorrow as they might do it then. The owners must have too much money and not need any more.
