STAY AWAY FROM ULTRATUNE . COMPLETE RIP-OFFS. CON ARTISTS.

They quote you a price (twice, once over the phone and then in person) and as always (and all other services do) promise to call if any extra work needs to be done. standard.

No calls, just a quick sms after a quick 2 hr service to tell you all was ok.
So you Turn up to the shop to pickup the car, happy it was a quick and uneventful service...

Now is when the deceiving old employee tells you in a low voice, its xxx$ (twice as much as originally quoted, twice) quickly he inserts your card and charges for the perfect uneventful service twice as much as initially told.

So here we go...

Excuse nr 1. I already inserted your credit card and charged you.
Excuse nr 2. the wipers (that were almost new and perfect) had to be replaced (only the 5$ inserts were replaced) and cost now an extra 50$.
Excuse nr 3. The filter was changed (standard part of any service) mentions some filter that apparently belonged to your car that was old and needed changed (so? , and never showed it to you).
Excuse nr 4. The oil they used is premium and costs 100$ more than any
other (must be made of gold?,)
So, to finish some of the excuses he tells you that its all charged and
threatens? to take parts of the car if you don't want to pay the new job
which turned into a major service when there was no major work done
whatsoever.

All i can say, again, is STAY AWAY FROM ULTRATUNE PENRITH or risk
getting conned/ripped-off/deceived or whatever the choice of word for
these people you decide to choose... And good luck getting more business... maybe this is why they do this, as they keep losing customers,
so instead of improving their service they try to make more money ripping honest people off....

Nice friendly service value for money

A little more client care would be nice.
