Main objectives:

3rd Pillar is engaged in efforts to achieve the followings:
Charity collection and fundraising for developing the Muslim Community with a network of institutions to serve the needs of the community such as mosques, schools, relief organizations, sports clubs, and social organizations for cultural activities.

Current:
3rd Pillar is currently engaged in collecting funds for the establishment of At-Taqwa Islamic School Islamic school in Canberra. The school is opening on 6 February 2015 inshaAllah
The School is an initiative of Canberra community for a faith-based Islamic environment where our children will be educated on Islam and Australian National Curriculum five days a week.

*Catering for the religious and social needs of the Muslim community
Social welfare
*Youth work and networking
*Dawah to community and society
*Publications of newsletters, books, leaflets and pamphlets to spread
the message and teachings of Islam to the community.
*Teach Islamic principles through the Quran, and authentic Hadith
references in high-quality written content.
*To make aware and revive the Sunnah.

Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr: The Prophet said, "Convey [my teachings] to the people even if it were a single sentence" [Sahih Al-Bukhaari, vol. 4, Book. 56, no. 667] .
