Do you remember Jazzercise, or perhaps you have heard of Jane Fonda or Denise Austin? 80s flash aerobics is a simple to follow, low impact aerobics class, designed for those who want to have fun while they burn calories! ! It also helps if you love singing to old 80s pop tunes! !

A class fee of $10 is to be paid on arrival
