Abilities Unlimited Australia

At AUA, we are passionate about teaching children with diverse needs how to build capacity, capability and confidence to safely, and actively participate in sport and active recreation. Our programs include: Cyclabilities - a three stage cycling program that teaches, and equips children with diverse needs the skills, and safety elements to ride a bike. Waterabilities- a water program which teaches children the extremely important, and vital safety elements around water. Shredabilities - our extremely cool program that teaches children the fun and exciting elements of skateboarding along with the very important safety rules. Moveabilities - teaching children the fundamentals of movement, exercise and dance. Teamabilities- teaching children the fundamentals of team sports including sharing, taking turns, being an encouraging team mate. Outcomes of our programs include: * increased physical confidence and competence * increased fundamental movement skills* increased safety knowledge and skills* increased independence * empowerment for parents to be more involved in encouraging their children to be active
