Access Canberra Shopfront Dickson (Permanently Closed)

What a joke. Be prepared to be brainwashed with ridiculously repetitive info on accessing their website as if you are a dumbass. Completely invasive and patronising. Looooong wait........

Don't call them ever. Unless you have a spare hour to wait on hold. I'm sure they'll get off their coffee break, read this and change for the better though. Not.

This was great. Sure, i had to wait a while but the cheerful staff went over and beyond for me. Late on Friday afternoon and they were smiling and still going the extra mile. VERY impressed.

If Access Canberra fixed half of their broken online forms (which have been that way for months) then maybe this place wouldn't be so damn full of people all the time. Get it together.

Staff are generally pretty good, occasionally it gets quite busy so there can be a longer wait. On a good day, waiting just a few minutes. On a busy day perhaps up to 30min. I certainly don't ever enjoy going to the motor registry.. but can't complain, does the job.
