The ADF Sailing Association promotes competitive inter-Service sailing within the Australian Defence Force.
Adf Sailing Association Description
The aim of the ADF Sailing Association is to encourage and promote sailing amongst ADF personnel, through the organisation of competitive sailing events between single service teams.
The ADF Sailing Association sailing program consists of the Inter-Service Yachting Championship and the Inter-Service Dinghy Championship.
The ADF Sailing Association is supported by the ADF Sports Council. All ADF Sailing Association activities are open to Full time and Part time members of the ADF.

The 2018 Tasar Nationals have now finished. Congratulations to Candice and Peter who were the highest placing ADFSA team. All the ADFSA teams did very well given that we had a number of people competing in their first Tasar regatta.

Day 2 completed and 4 (of 10 max) races finished. Happily, all ADFSA boats completed all the races today, which was a welcome improvement from yesterdays racing! So many stories to tell, so many repairs to make. So much fun!

ADFSA Sailors competing in the Tasar Nationals have now arrived in Darwin. The teams made most of what was a beautiful day, setting up their boats and getting a practise sail in.
ADFSA will be entering teams in the Sail Country 2018 regatta. ADFSA has participated in this regatta for the last 2 years and it has proven to be a great regatta in a great location. ADF sailors wishing to compete should send EOIs to adfsa.committee@defence.gov.au
ADFSA will be entering teams in Sail Sydney 2018. All sailing classess will be supported, please send your EOI to adfsa.committee@defence.gov.au
ADFSA will be entering a team in the Festival of Sails in 2019. EOIs are to be sent to adfsa.committee@defence.gov.au. Sail training will be provided ahead of the activity, so you don't need sailing experience to participate.
