Ainslie Family Practice

I have been seeing the doctors at Ainslie Family Practice for 5 years and have been extremely happy with every doctor I have seen there. My regular doctor always tries his best for accommodating for emergencies especially when I explain the circumstances to reception staff.

I went to a doctor at this practice about my health problems and ended up insisting on being forwarded to a specialist. Their tests showed significant losses. On returning to this doctor I booked a long consultation (no bulk billing) to discuss the results. Having discussed the issue in detail with the specialist I was shocked to find that the doctor had not taken the time to fully understand the charts. I left quickly and forgot to get my script. On calling the receptionist to organise a few days later, I was told the doctor would organise for me. A week later I received a phone call telling me I had to book another appointment for the script.
Unbelievable. No duty of care to me as a patient at all. The obvious priority was booking me for paid appointments and moving me on as quickly as possible. Will not be returning.

Friendly staff, always accomodate for emergency fit ins.

Kind and professional staff who make an effort to accommodate

Long wait times (even early appointments), doctors short and unfriendly, charge for long consultation ($170) for even the simplest of visits. Will not use them again. Terrible customer service.
