Airconditioning & Heating Centre

Just had evaporative cooling installed by Airconditioning and Heating Centre. Installation took a little longer due to adverse weather conditions, however staff worked hard to still complete the job as quickly as possible. They took the time to keep us informed of the progress and walked us through everything we needed to know to operate the system. The entire time they were professional, courteous, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend Airconditioning and Heating Centre.

My reverse cycle AC decided to stop working (during the middle of winter of course) and so I rang around a number of firms, and the Air conditioning and Heating centre, made space to fit me in the next day. The repair man (Geoff) was very professional, and tested the system, and advised me of the issue. The part was ordered, and installed within 4 working days.
The office staff even offered to lend us an oil heater whilst waiting for the repair.
I will highly recommend the Air Conditioning and Heating centre.

We needed to replace an existing reverse cycle ducted system and sought out the usual three quotes from local suppliers. The Airconditioning & Heating Centre were the only business that turned up on time and provided a written quote on the spot. Their price was very competitive and they were happy to talk to us about options that suited our needs, which was very impressive. Our experience with the installation was equally good - we were given a specific start time on a Thursday and the technician turned up promptly and completed the job on the same day. The quality of workmanship in terms of the installation of the external compressor is excellent, right down to mounting the unit on its own mini slab - something that the original unit lacked. All in all we are extremely happy with the way that the Airconditioning & Heating Centre deal with their customers. They are a family run business and they put emphasis on ensuring that the we were kept fully informed throughout both sales and installation. We would recommend them without hesitation as a reliable and trustworthy local business.

The Air Conditioning and Heating Centre did a great job putting in our reverse cycle system.
We contacted a few companies through their websites, but they were the only one who rang to discuss our needs personally, rather than just giving us an off-the-shelf quote. And even though we live in a rural area they took the time to come out to look at the house and go through the design in detail.
When the team arrived for installation they showed the same level of care and attention to detail. The work was done very quickly and the team cleaned up any dust etc from the work every day, which was much appreciated.
Within a couple of weeks of contacting them it was all done with the minimum of fuss. The system is working very well—it’s quiet and efficient—and we are very happy with it.
