I agree with z Ben - a kebab from here turned me vegan :3 ... Plus, this guy (he behaved like he was the manager? In charge?) was sooo condescending, it was unbelievable.

This is probably my favourite Alibaba. Others go can be good one day and bland the next. This one however seems to sell consistently good tasting kebabs.

I stood there waiting for 10 mins and there was not many people in the shop I even said Excuse me twice. They were not busy or doing duties/cooking, they seemed to look over me and serve other people like i didnt exist I was there long enough to show i was ready to order and they just refused to serve me. It was my first time being there. I was dressed in a suit.
Will not go there ever again

As a couple who has been eating Alibaba for over 5 years, never having a problem at any of the locations across Canberra! We were very sad and angry to both get food poisoning today after eating a half of our chicken and lamb kebabs! We were unable to finish them as they were dry and tasted funny? Not thinking much of it we wrapped the left overs for home and headed to our movie (obviously they went straight in the bin when we got home).
Of course sitting there we felt fine! It wasn't till the walk home I started to feel funny and asked my partner if we could walk slower and wait in shaded areas as I thought I was just over heating.. NO! I thew up at least 3 if not 4 times (going back to photograph 2 of the worst ones!) my lunch! The lamb kebab i had eaten 3 hours prior ( the only thing I have eaten all day)! My partner had to run home without me to make it to the bathroom were he was for a good hour! I called the Alibaba shop at 3:48, 12 minutes before closing, with no answer, so I left a message and am expecting a call back!
Can't believe we have both been put off one of our favourite foods to eat out!
Only good thing we can say is the girl that was serving did a fantastic job taking our order and dealing with the rush that followed!
Neither of us will be going back to any of their shops, thanks a lot for ruining something great.
Hate that I even have to give them 1 star!

Snack pack is then best food so far, but Woden store making people hate it. (My coworkers used to get boxes of boxes) but now the Box fully of chips and no meat no one goes there except me 🤐

Waited 15mins for a snack pack. Asked for some onions, got more onions than meat! So many onions I had to give it up. No hair nets or hats. And was handed my fork with the same gloveless hand that was working the meat.

They have gluten-free wraps if you ask. The K'bowls are even better than the kebabs!
