Thank you to everyone for your support while we're learning to balance parenting and working (especially our mums 💛). While we might be a little slow at responding or a little less available sometimes, we've really appreciated your patience and understanding during our last few sleep deprived months. 8 months ago we found out there was a mini human growing inside me. Today is the due date for her arrival into the world. No one told her that she had a schedule to stick to though, so she'll arrive when she's ready. We're taking a break now for our little family, so we'll catch you on the other side!
Thank you to everyone who reached out with words of support and encouragement, helpful advice, or just to check in with us. To all the amazing people who helped us out by workin...g alongside Lyndon when I couldn't be there: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We're incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a generous and talented community.

We made this video for the The Social Club's summer 2018 wedding showcase. The night was a fantastic opportunity to see the venue and meet some of their amazing suppliers.

She says that for a long time, men dominated the industry she works in. But now her supervisor is female, and the dean of the medical school is female too. Wild weather 🌩☀️ Always have a shaded or indoor back up venue if you're planning an outdoor ceremony in our Australian summer. It's going to be a hot weekend with temperatures close to 40 in some places.
No one wants heat stroke on a wedding day, so plan ahead and look after your elderly, young and pregnant guests in particular 👌🏼 We often think about back up plans in case of wet weather, but it's equally as important in extreme heat.

Lyndon edited this video as his wedding gift to me. I watched it for the very first time today.
If you are questioning whether a wedding video is worth the investment, watching this will make the answer very clear. This is something that can never be replaced or re-created. Guest’s smartphone videos are no substitute for a cinematic narrative, and no amount of fancy editing can change that. The best wedding videos bring all the elements together to define not just the event, ...but our emotional connection to it.
For most of Lyndon’s professional career before weddings, he worked as an editor in the commercial TV and video industry. So we wanted control over the editing process, and we knew we needed 2 extraordinary cinematographers to film with us. Luckily we had AnGus from Fallow Rose Wedding Co and James from Zephyr Productions, who were willing to work on this as a collaborative project. The majority of the work in producing a video is in the post production – the editing, colour grading, audio and creative decisions. In saying that, a good edit needs high quality, professional and creative footage to begin with. James and Gus, we are forever grateful for what you have given us. Lyndon’s grandparents weren’t able to make it to our wedding, and now they can listen to their son and their grandson’s speeches. Our future grandkids can listen to their great grandparents, and know that they are good people.
This is the visual legacy of our families that will be passed down to future generations.
A massive thanks also goes out to Cameron, we really appreciate all of the work you do with us.
