Antica Persia started over 30 years ago in Italy and came to Canberra in 2008.

Our aim is customers' homes with our range of hand-made and high quality standard rugs. For this reason, our interior designer hand picks our traditional and contemporary rugs, allow our potential customers to trial their choices of rugs at home prior to purchasing and offer a life time exchange policy (terms and conditions apply).

We provide high quality rugs at reasonable prices with the guarantee of authenticity on all our handmade rugs. As we are direct importers, we have the advantage of being price competitive to meet every budget.

Our unique design selection has impressed many of our customers. We have a very artistic range including some designs that are made to be hung and others that represent tree of life and have a story to tell. Mahi, Ghombadi and Shekargah designs are also included in some of our original designs.

As part of our range, we have rugs that are a reproduction of antique rugs using natural vegetable dye for colouring. This has been very popular amongst a number of our customers.
