I had a cavity in my tooth and I went to Dr. Arora. He told me that my tooth is still safe and he cleaned it and filled the cavity. When he finished I felt he did local anesthesia and within one hour pain started. I went to another doctor but I lost my tooth. I was not happy with his service. Usually, for filling no need to apply local anesthesia but he did without informing me. I felt he did it intentionally.
