Worst customer service ever. Went to buy a car and sales people were not interested and very rude. Ended up buying my Audi interstate. Not worth coming here. Have recommended all my friends to purchase elsewhere or purchase other brands.

Four visits to Audi Canberra for new car warranty work and no results each and every time. Going to independent mechanic now. Sick to death of the denial game played to avoid warranty work. They don't bother inspecting or investigating issues, they just waste your time. They don't realise it's half your day wasted just getting to and from their dealership. They top it off by incredibly rude and abrasive customer service. Not to mention thrashing your car in reverse, not stopping and just slamming it in drive. Having owned new cars every 1-2 years and then coming across Audi, this is just shocking to say the least! I will now get a professional to diagnose problems (at my expense) and book it in with another Audi dealer interstate for quick turnaround warranty fixes. Good luck Audi Canberra with your business model!

Very helpful, however extremely busy. Waiting over two weeks for no headlights is not a load of fun, however they did put me in contact with another local business to get it sorted faster,

Called to find of they had two models I was interested in for a test drive, was told yes definitely so i booked in time to go there. Went in to find neither car was there. Top it off the sales person had no idea about the cars I was after.
Not only that the other two salesman say there on their respective ignoring me m perhaps looking at $100k cars was not high end enough for them. Needless to say I will not buy my audi from them.

Disappointing and shockingly poor customer service. Originally, I chose the Audi brand because I had a wonderful experience with their staff in Melbourne and they provided exceptional customer service when I was purchasing my vehicle. Having come up to my first service, I called to make an enquiry about booking in for a service at the Audi centre in Phillip, Canberra. Speaking with Melissa from the service department I felt attacked for owning my vehicle and enquiring to service it. She was rude, inconsiderate, and from the start made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expected a higher standard of customer service from an Audi representative. Having experienced such a shockingly disappointing conversation from a service centre that I have never been to, it is difficult to now respect the brand and trust the Audi service centre with my car. I do not recommend making any phone enquiries with the Audi centre dealership in Phillip as speaking with Melissa is not worth the time or energy.
