Australasian Registrars Committee

The Committee is dedicated to encouraging the professional development of members by providing forums for exchanging ideas and expertise between registrars, collection managers and professionals in related fields in museums. The objectives of the Committee are: -to affirm, represent and promote the professional role of registrars in museums; -to encourage professional registration practices in museums; -to encourage and maintain communication and co-operation among registrars, collection managers, between registrars and other museum staff, and between registrars and people in related service fields;-to co-operate with other related professional associations;-to encourage the professional development of members.
