Would you please update your google maps profile which is what comes up first when you search the gpos address. It says the opening hours are until 6pm. You are open until 5.30. This would be useful for costumers as it would avoid confusion and being yelled at by staff, as I was, when I came in at 5.31pm. Thank you.

One lazy staff, rude behaviour, didn’t get my parcel even when it arrived the day before. No willingness to help customers.

Always super helpful, and the 24/7 parcel lockers are great.

Quick and swift customer service; better than other GPOs which take ages to collect your parcel as the place is well-staffed.

Very upset some hear

Very upset to hear someone say 'it's not my problem' after your domestic parcel has gone missing for 3 weeks...

Very rude staff member. Had to apply for my passport and she was acting as if it was she who was issuing it. Wasted my time.

Average services. Stock is not good and the staff is not well trained. A must visit if your packages are redirected here though.
