Went for an insurance repair. Everyone was very professional and the timeframe was what they said it would be.

A great team who are always happy to help. They take the time to explain what's wrong, and what needs to be done to rectify the problem.

Dodgy at best. Tub put on incorrectly, interior left filthy, broke the drivers seat Springs, glue left on paint, paint runs everywhere aswell as orange peel and new damage to exterior. DO NOT leave your car here ever!!

Only went there as it was required for warranty work. never dealt with more incompetent customer service and poor workmanship in my life.

A good way to think of Autoco is them being the McDonalds of smash repair/mechanics, only go there if you want something you know won't be good for you.

Booked car in for insurance quote. All very professional. Only 2 minor glitches - system didn't record I had been given a start date and loaner car was not avail at drop off. All this was sorted easily.Great job, high quality finish. All staff bent over backwards to help.Highly recommend for Smash repair work. Could do with a bigger car storage area.

Incompetent and will try to suck as much money from you as they can. Avoid taking your car here. Would rate half a star if i could.

Went in for an insurance job after impact with a kangaroo. After a small glitch in the quality of work (minor paint defect, trim alignment issue) when I first got my car back (at the appointed time), Autoco really pulled out all the stops to make things right and ensure I was happy. The issues were fixed and the car delivered to my place of work (saving me the inconvenience of another trip to Phillip) by 2pm the following day. Their friendly staff even drove me home when I couldn't take my car at the appointed time.

Things don't always go 100% smoothly when dealing with a business - when this happens, it's the way they deal with the issue and make it right that makes all the difference. I was very impressed with the service I received. Thanks Autoco!

Terrible service. It has taken this place more than 4 months to replace my front bumper. I've had to take me car in on 3 share occasions, and week have to bring it in at least one more time again. They communicate terribly, making me bring me car in and pick it up the same day because they didn't have the parts in yet. They also failed to tell me that another part was on order and that I would have to bring the car in again until the new part arrived. I will never go here again.
