Avoid. Visited open house with over 30 other people. Applied for a property, supplied substantial documentation. Waited a week, send email asking how application was progressing. No reply. Sent another email to property manager explaining that it was currently without a permanent place to stay and needed to know if application was unsuccessful so I could take time off work to view other properties. No reply. They hosted yet another viewing the following weekend and the following Thursday let me know application was unsuccessful. A full 12 days after original application. Complete waste of time. Both tenants and landlords would be wise to avoid this level of incompetently.

Worst service ever! Rude and couldn't get a 3 bedroom place as I was asked if need the second carpark! Offered 6 months rent up front and still no.. interesting that the the carpark is in the same work carpark as Badenoch Belconnen.

If I could place a negative zero I would. Very prejudice in the selection process and they made no effort to make contacts with any of our references as I followed up on this. No feedback and very rude to deal with when following up on current progress. I will never buy a house from this business ever from this experience.

These people are a joke. They managed my property and made it a nightmare from start to finish. I was glad to be rid of them. Their mistakes were endless and the management team are arrogant and rude. Overpriced and outdated. There are other great agencies in Canberra who do a far better job.
1 star seems a generous rating given the amount of stress they caused, I would steer clear at all costs.
