Very poor customer service and I have very bad experience with this office. I have applied for police clearance for my PR in Australia and that was on May 2016 and since then I have never received it. I really feel sorry about people dealing with this office and staff. They are unprofessional and lazy. Since they are here in Australia they should learn how to treat people to gain a little good reputation.

very poor customer service. i called for asking question about reissueing of my old passport. all they said was, everything is in website. go through the website.which is very irritating. if everything is in the website then why are they working? they think they are working in bangladesh.they don't really follow australian standard customer service. all staff should do some course on customer service. i would do a lot better customer service if i was working..

After reading so many negative reviews we prepared for the worst, but the experience turned out to be much better. Staff were very polite and obliging and our applications were accepted and processed smoothly.

My personal experience was really good, unlike what I heard from others. Quick and professional service and staff members were really helpful.

Trying to contact them but seems all the numbers are useless.
