Went with my father to help him buy a new BBQ, staff was helpful at first but then advised that the Ziegler and brown "sale pack" had items they didn't have in stock quickly refused to substitute for an item that was cheaper and told us that they would put some on hold when they came in and we could just come back to the store in a few weeks to pick them up.

We said we were heading to Batemans bay and asked if they could see if they had stock, were told no and stopped talking to us as it was clear they were not getting the sale.

The details online about the store opening times aren't correct, this shop is usually shut at 5.30.
