Barton Molloy Property made its debut in the Canberra commercial real estate market on January 22nd, 2010. It was established by its principals Brett Barton and Scott Molloy, whom between them both can draw on over 35 years of knowledge and experience in the Canberra market. Although the company is only three years old, it is already proving to be a dominate force in the Canberra market. In its first year it negotiated the leasing of 3, 700sqm at the Equinox Development in Deakin, being the largest private office lease in Canberra.


In the following years they have also successfully negotiated leases for both the Government and Non-Government sectors throughout the Canberra region, including the CBD. This year they secured a 3000sqm lease in Barton, once again representing one of the largest non-government transactions in the local market, while also dominating the industrial market, especially in Fyshwick and Mitchell.
