Belconnen Laundromat

Lots of bad reviews but this was reasonably priced, and attendant was really helpful and pleasant. Put my stuff in to wash, went shopping at Westfield and had a coffee. Could not recommend it highly enough!

Terrible customer service. Extremely expensive. Not worth the time and the price was ridiculous. Avoid if possible.

Very helpful, good prices

I use this place frequently, really good service and a reasonable price for the quantity of clothes that I bring (wash/dry/fold) overnight. Plus owner is friendly.

There are separate machines for washing and drying. It's convenient to finish your shopping at Westfield Belconnen while u are waiting for your laundry.

Expensive

Really expensive. Even for doing everything yourself (as they do offer services) it would've cost me hundreds of dollars just to do a bit of industrial size loads in their industrial washers!

Went there the first time with one basket and the gentleman told us to add more as 'the machines were industrial and could take it'. The second time we came back with two baskets and got two machines and his wife told me I'd 'overloaded the machine when I was half way through a basket in a very nasty tone then started touching my clothes and giving me angry glances. We felt so intimidated by the owners outward aggression towards everyone he came into contact with that we sat outside. When we came back in he told us we had 'abused his machines' and I told him he was inappropriate. I wouldn't go back here for all the tea in China. They're overpriced, aggressive and need to value their customers better. Don't go, avoid being abused.

Dreadful experience. First time I've ever had a laundromat check my loads in the machine. Definitely won't be going back.
