Belconnen Library

It is a great community library. And it usually organised events. Staff are friendly.

Well-resourced, but the architecture is dreadful and dark and it smells a bit weird. I wish it were more like the beautiful Gungahlin Library or Civic Library. Is definitely showing its age.

Additionally, why on earth would you have children's groups in here? I came here to study, and had to leave because of the singing. A library is supposed to be the one place you can go for SILENCE. Beyond ridiculous.

Such a beautiful calm place to read, write, think and be assured that there is community beyond the commercialism of the big shopping mall and the crushing presence of government offices. Good WiFi and internet kiosk PC's. Not easy to access as it is embedded behind buildings. Use Library Walk from lake foreshore

Had a wide range of books and DVDs. Can access internet and print pages at low cost. Also has giggle and wiggle playgroup held on Thursday at 10.
