There's no better feeling than being fit! ! ! But what does 'fit' really mean. . . ? It's not just about being skinny, muscly, lean or strong, what it's really about is waking up every day feeling confident, healthy, energetic and knowing that you are living the life you designed.
Having been an elite gymnast and representing Australia at a young age I have always had a passion for nutrition, fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. I want to share my knowledge and ability in setting, achieving and maintaining goals so you can start designing the life you deserve!
Working as a Personal Trainer for over 7 years, I have absolutely loved helping people improve their lives by creating long-term healthy lifestyle changes that can be maintained by everyday people.
In 2004, I transformed my Personal Training to also include professional nutrition advice, through graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University. This was to fill a clear need in the fitness industry to help people reach their fitness / health goals by actually understanding nutrition and not fearing it.
I have developed training programs that aren’t just about smashing your fitness goals but about developing lifelong healthy eating habits and fitness routines that you can maintain while still enjoying life. You can have your cake and eat it too…. just not every day.
