Bells Dry Cleaners

Been taking all my dry cleaning here for years. Always efficient, opening hours are great and always a good job done. They work well with the alterations place next door which is really convenient.

I've been using these guys for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the work they've done. They're happy to work with the alterations place next door to combine repairs into a cleaning job, and the opening hours and location are pretty convenient for drop off and pick up.

Dropped off 10 business shirts and 1 blazer to be dry cleaned and went to put on 1 of the shirts for work and found a small stain on the arm. Called up same day around lunch time and advised of this and lady said she would dry clean again no charge. Went to drop off 3 shirts, one of which was the stained one and Cameron told me he was going to charge me extra because he wasnt charging for 3 or more shirts even though i gave him 3 shirts. (one of which was no charge because they stained it). Very poor service and very poor quality of dry cleaning. do not recommend going here. find somewhere else, save you the trouble

Worst experience EVER!! The first and only time I used Dickson Bells they gave my dress away to someone who didn't have the right ticket and who pointed to my dress and said it was there's!! It was my fav cue dress...oh and don't expect the manager to be calling and apologising anytime soon after they stuff up!! You'll be the one following up and chasing down an outcome!!

Shirts and pants came back with creases where they shouldn't be. Lucky I picked it up before taking them straight to work. Not happy! Would not be using them again.

Most cost effective laundering and pressing of business shirts in Canberra. They were happy to redo the one item (in 2 years) that I was not satisfied with.

If you don't want your clothes anymore ,you can try these guys.Amateur and irrelevant with cleaning.They ruined my lovely jacket which was blue and red and now is a mess .Terrible service and the manager won't respond.

Dickson is hopeless.
I only go to kingston as they are always spot on even though I live in Lyneham
Too many young kids working in Dickson who just do not care and have no idea how to press
Im looking down at my suit pants i picked up yesterday and they have massive double creases in both legs.
Never going to dickson again.
