Bertram Ellis Real Estate

We recently opened a lease with Bertram and it has been an absolutely great experience. We move a lot as a family. It is extremely rare to find a company that cares this much about its properties and the tenants. During our initial inspection of the house, I was immediately impressed with the detail of the walk through inspection sheet provided by the company. It had pictures from all over the house that highlighted almost every issue we found. Needless to say, if I had a house in Canberra, I wouldn't think twice to use them as a property manager.

Regarding their treatment of tenants, we have nothing but good things to say as well. We recently had an experience where my wife locked herself out of the house and I was not able to make it to her in a timely manner. Tom took time out his day to drive the keys over to my wife and let her in without any hesitation. Absolutely above and beyond.

Beware if you rent through them. Hopefully now they are under the Ray White banner they'll improve.
