The BETTER MEN Project delivers sustainable and evidence-based programs, workshops and other initiatives that promote the positive mental health of boys and young men right across Australia. With a focus on respect, empowerment and community, BETTER MEN works side-by-side with participants and those involved in their lives, to build and strengthen realistic, practical skills that encourage positive and respectful decision making, whilst also normalising help-seeking behaviours.
