He has also worked as an educator at University of California, Berkl...ee College of Music and Musicians Institute.

Bought a Maton M808C off Simmo on the 30th of December, can’t rate his professionalism and customer service enough. A bloke who genuinely loves guitars and it showed through with how enthusiastic he was to show me everything about my new guitar and talk about music. Give that man a pay rise!

Went here to buy a birthday present and ended up buying several items as their stock was so good and thier staff were helpful and expert, being musicians themselves. Very impressed, will visit again for other music needs.

The best music shop in canberra I reckon, great customer service and they're very helpful with warranty etc.

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a customer many years and prices are usually the lowest you'll find. Can't recommend this store enough.

This has to be the best music store anywhere. It is huge. The range is amazing and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Worth making the 250Km trip for.

Limited range on display. Was told most are online. If I wanted to buy online why would I visit a shop! Equipment needs to be seen in person. Really strong gross smell of meat curry or kebab in shop.

My daughter just bought her first electric guitar. Jason was outstanding for his knowledge and enthusiasm. Staff were great, store was immaculate. Price was excellent. Definitely the place to go.

They sell musical instruments. The staff all love musical i struments. If you walk in there is always some guy picking out a song I won't be good enough to play in one hundred years.

Disappointed, I asked for strings for my 12 string guitar and got sold strings for a 6 string. Not happy at all.

Can't describe how good they are, purchased a baritone ukulele from them, broke a string straight away because I incorrectly toned, rang them ask the advice, they said they will send me a new string for free, after 10 days I thought they might forget it, but when I open my mailbox yesterday , what a surprise, a registered mail with a set of new strings in it, with no charge and warm words on the invoice, wish me all the best, thanks so much.I will refer them to all my friends, definitely will deal with them again

This is the destination for musicians all across Canberra and the surrounding regions. It has just about everything you could ever need from a music store including knowledgeable and passionate staff, quiet sound proof facilities to test the instruments and audio equipment, and space enough to never feel suffocated. They make sure their intruments are maintained in good condition while on the shop floor.

Better Music is correct...They are better! Drove down from Sydney and snagged me a Reverend Tricky Gomez RT. Was served by Jason, what a fantastic dude and salesman. Told him my budget, sat with me and actually talked about the guitars he thought would suit me the best. Did me a great deal. Fantastic music store will be returning.
