Big W Canberra Airport

Staff are rude , appear to do nothing or help you at registers only self serve standing there doing nothing watching you struggle with your items . when looking at items talking down to customers and there children.. very rude and unprofessional! Wont be returning to majura big w .

Ignored by a staff member talking on the phone, he chose to do Nothing to see me served. It was obvious it was not a business call it was obvious! I will not return to this store. Do yourself a favour avoid the place

I work here and this place is beautiful. It's just across the airport runway. Now you even have Aldi so you can do some extra grocery shopping too.

5 minutes before the store was closing, I was personally told to get out of the store while I was finishing looking at something. Very rude!

Big W is an underrated store. They've got great stuff at ridiculously low prices.

It's very convenient having them out here near Costco etc. Not sure if the prices are lower here because of proximity to competition as at woolies etc.

Really pushing the self serve checkout, I should be given a staff discount for doing their job
