I'll b moving with my doolally family (it's a beautiful, old-fashioned English word meaning ur basically lost all ur marbles! Lol! Lmao! 😜🤡) 2 the apartment block just above there in the New Year in 2018. Never shopped there 4 I have always lived in South Canberra all my life. Wh@ can I say! I have always loved Big W! C u soon! I'll definitely b a regular customer there...

Worst customer service i ever met in canberra racist and not well known in product and blame on customer stealing and customer shown the receipt from k-mart and took the worker 5 minutes look at the receipt and how can you take so long to look at the receipt that show on receipt and the tag has k-mart tag? Please do your staff training well and do not shout at customers!

Nice friendly staff when you can find one.
Not always at its best because of untidy shelves and products but that can be indicative of its customers rather than the staff.
Prices are reasonable and it's my preference over kmart in Gungahlin.
