Saw some of the bad reviews but I didn’t experience any of what was mentioned. I received great service and advice from these guys. They stayed a little late to help me out after closing time and were always very accommodating to me when I take my bike in. I’m a continued customer.

I had an excellent experience. Great customer service, really knowledgeable. Pleasant and got a great deal. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs, the owner will simply avoid you if he doesn't want to pursue a warranty issue.

Stopped in today and the staff were very helpful. Darren fitted me out with gear I required without any stress or over kill on non essentials . I will be stopping in again soon and would highly recommend to anyone. Huge range of bikes too.

Worst service I have had in a long time. New owner has very little idea. Used to have great staff (Wade) was extremely helpful. seems he is not there anymore, no one would give me a straight answer where he is. Still have a below average mechanic. Looks like I need to find another shop.

I've always brought my bikes for service here, they've done an amazing job every single time. Also, the new owner is passionate and competent, ready to help you and keen to find the easiest and cheapest way to solve any problem you may have

bought wrong inner tube for my folding bicycle 20x1.50-1.75. even though they told me suitable for my 1.90 tyre, after 1km riding, tyre blowout due to wrong size/pressure. got a new tube and tyre in Onya.

Accidentally visited the store last weekend to fix a tyre. Walked out with new cycle clip on shoes - I've been hesitating to get those for months. Ricky was great, knew the product well, and he did not let me out of the store and the car park without making sure I won't stack it. And he was right - I cannot imagine now cycling without them!
