Had what I wanted at the best price and served with a smile

Visited store intending to purchase fridge, washing machine and a microwave. Three staff chatting away at front counter, two (possibly company reps) cleaning various machines, one chap on a computer near white goods. Wasn't engaged by anyone (even while looking at microwaves adjacent to front counter), after sorting out models, sizes, & prices ourselves, we left and went to The Good Guys down the road where we've bought all 3 appliances.

Worst service ever, I bought LG condenser dryer in march 2017, but it take longer then the expected time to dry the clothes and sometimes does not dry at all after running the matching for 2 hours the clothes come out wet. Called lg and they booked the service and the guy told me that there is no problem with the machine but it does not work properly. Bing Lee Belconnen are refusing to retun the matching. And just offering another service.
It's very frustrating I spent $850 for a dryer and it does not work.

This store has a nice range of pretty much anything you need that plugs in to a power outlet. The staff are friendly but in the Bing Lee tradition they can be a bit over-helpful. I should only need to say what I want without having people try to upsell to me. It should be clear by the words coming out of my mouth that I've done my research and am just checking your store out because you have plenty of competition.
Other than that the store is clean, nice products, friendly staff and a great location.

White goods? Check. Sucky things? Check. Grindy things? Check. Massive TV's that cost 1/2 your yearly income, surely will double your power bill and grant your house one of those obnoxious blue glowing windows at all hours of the night? Check check check! Does anyone actually buy the bladeless fans? Who knows.
I like bing lee and bing lee likes me. Nice people, lovely prices, minimal parking.

I had lost my receipt and staff were able to tell me quickly the date of purchase and email a copy of the receipt. Very polite and so quick
