Best experience ever. I had two hour treatment and it was so relaxing. The staff are friendly and nice. They offer snacks after the treatment Which is never expected but they actually do. 😊 That was my Best experience in visiting canberra. I will be back again 100%. Thank you Amanda and Diane :)

Disappointed to have purchased a voucher only to find out that there was only ONE single appointment available in the near future. Massive waste of my money. Despite trying to book an appointment immediately after purchasing the voucher, I wasn't able to get a refund. Very poor form.

Mimmi gave me my first lovely treatment at her salon in 2001 and I have been going many times a year ever since.
She and her staff are always caring and attentive.

Mimmi was outstanding. I needed my eyebrows fixed and straight away, she new exactly what to do. My experience was warm and comforting, and i wish i had been to her salon 4 years ago when i moved up. I will be going to her from now on.

I have been a Bloom customer for about 7 years and am very happy with Mimmi's service. The professional and friendly manner, the calm and peaceful ambiance all add up to a pleasant experience. There is never any fuss if I need to reschedule my appointments. I highly recommend Bloom.
