A group fitness class based on boxing skills for all levels fitness.
All equipment provided and is a mixture of boxing pads, medicine balls, kettlebells, hand weights, skipping ropes and alot of fun!

Price: $10 per class with no sign on fee or commitment.

MON & WED: Holy Family Primary School Gowrie @ 6pm
TUE & THUR: St Francis Of Assisi Primary School Calwell @ 6pm.
