Amazing service for a distraught student trying to travel to the UK for further education. I cannot thank Helen and her team enough! 5 stars!
Rang the phone line to ask if I can come in to get something signed, as this is one of several places that can sign a document. I finally got though to someone and before I got to finish my question the guy rudely interrupted me and told me to seek "help somewhere else" because I used the word "Tax" in my question. I hadnt even finished my question before he assumed I was done and put the phone down.
I had a rather awkward question, I must say the lady that answered, was informative, helpful, patient and understanding. I was seeking very specific information and through quite an effort, on her part, i managed to get 95% of my enquiry answered first time. I believe a well done is deserved!
I sent my passport renewal information to Canberra in error as I hadn't realised it was supposed to send it to the UK. My mistake admittedly. However they sent all the information back to me by NORMAL POST - my passport details, photos etc. When I finally got through to a real person on the phone via all the firewalls I was told they didn't have the resources to send it back registered mail!!! Appalling service.
I called in to get some info one lady told me to go into google and type police check from UK, me thinking where did i call at all a bank or something else they need to get their head straight
