Bunnings Gungahlin

Worst customer service!!!! Heaps of people in store but all useless, range is extensive but doesn't carry certain items.

Staff are excellent and seem to come forward and assist and seem to have more knowledge than other stores.

Super friendly staff. Great range of products. Standard Bunnings prices.

Not to bad. Friendly staff. Shop around they are not always the cheapest

Staff very friendly, approachable and they all seem to know where everything is. Coupled with the fact that there are many staff walking around adds to a good experience with a great service.

Well... I was in store and looking for a hammer. I walked everywhere looking and looking and looking. But i just couldn't find it. But then i had a great idea lets ask one of the staff for where it is. His name was Carl he was a tall man about 200-300 kilos with a very hairy face. I asked him and i felt like he took a likening to me because he grabbed my right butt cheek. He took me in and then he showed me a hammer. I looked at it and then he took a swing at me and hit me. The last thing remember was waking up in a pool of blood with 45 hammers up my bottom.

I am renovating my house and have been to Bunnings Gungahlin more than 20 times within the past couple of months.
I have met the most professional retail staff in here who have always got a friendly smile on their face and willing to spend as much time as required to help me find something or show me how things work!

I met Alex in painting Aisle who was in a middle of stacking the shelves but left things aside and spent 15 minutes with me to find the appropriate paint and also showed me how to start andgo through my first painting project.

Great place, everything you need hardware wise in one place. However, staff don't seem to be that well trained. Every staff i asked to help me find something either didn't know or pointed me towards a random section and asked me to speak to a staff in that section, whom also didn't know where the item i was looking for was located. Otherwise the staff did still maintain a high friendly attitude.

Decent Bunnings with all that you would expect.
