Very difficult to get any service..a few staff are excellent however most are not interested in customers and ignore you while they pack shelves.

A giant shed full of stuff. Does it get any better!

I have found to my cost a couple of times there that cheaper doesn't mean better. Definitely do your homework for expensive items, and know what you want. But generally they're good.

If you're a woman and in the timber/hardware section with enquires, expect to be treated patronisingly, with your questions/skills questioned

Lovely staff and quality of items! Wonderful place to go for anything around the house or garden. Never be afraid to talk to one of the staff!

Bought a small piece of furniture which was faulty. A pain to have to drive back. Very helpful and fixed the issue so it's a thumbs up.

Not good. Normally their really good and helpful, but on this occasion the workmen in the timber section took their time..........really annoying, l was trying to get out quickly. It was sunday i suppose. The cashier then recorded the wrong item, so I had to line up again.....in other words, it took me 1 hour to get out of the place - just to purchase 5 fence palings.
