Pride was very helpful with a warranty claim over a manufacturing defect (surface rust) on a box trailer.

I live interstate so initially approached the manufacturer (Trailers R Us NSW). They literally laughed at me when when I asked them to cover the small cost of me rectifying the defect. Claimed it was scratch and stone chip damage, in spite of photos clearly showing otherwise.

When I approached Pride Caravan Accessories, they had no hesitation in refunding my costs the next day.
