Canberra Carotel

Very.much over priced and pictures look nothing like the accomodation very very poor just like South Village Caravan Park Fyshwick and the office people very arrogant and not helpful at all.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND WITHER BITH VERY OVER PRICED and unattractive residences.

Good clean accommodation with towels changed daily. Desk staff could be friendlier.

Good sized rooms, very comfortable. Helpful staff were able to provide an earlier check in time which was really great. Very clean rooms and in a wonderful location.

I went on a school camp and the cabins we stayed in had a well working TV and a nice little kitchen as well as a table for 7. I noticed that the bathroom tiles were a little bit grotty and the basin cabinet had chipped paint however I was quite surprised by the fact that their was a seperate little shower and room in the bathroom. There was also (ovbiously) a toilet and there was a great amount of storage space under the sink. There was a really cute pink bin🤗 I recommend bringing your own water as the water there tasted a bit plasticky but it was totally drinkable. Now for the bedding...the sheets were clean however they were not at all comfortable and I ended up using my own blanket. There was also a little cupboard space and some shelves which I really appreciated. There was also a mini fridge and clean towels on each bed. The price was great!😆🎉‼️

Simple amenities, affordable place to stay. Room was already warmed for us when we arrived after dinner. Reception open late. Good for a family looking for a cheap base from which to enjoy Canberra and its attractions.

My husband, myself and family all stayed at the Carotel hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and great value for money. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is a little out of town, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away. The outdoor facilities were very disappointing, and the reason for only giving 4 stars. The BBQs were dirty, the outdoor chairs all covered in bird poop, and the table filthy. The pool was closed due to cold weather, even though the days were 22 degrees! This made it harder to take advantage of the beautiful setting.
