Canberra Heat Volleyball Men and WomenCanberra Heat Men (2014 and 2013 National Runners Up, 2011 National Champions) and Canberra Heat Women indoor volleyball teams represent Canberra and Volleyball ACT in the Men's and Women's Australian Volleyball League and other selected tournaments. Canberra Heat beach squads represent the ACT at national and interstate beach tournaments. Canberra Heat is the pinnacle of the Australian Capital Territory volleyball program and provides the opportunity for elite players to play at the highest level in the country. Canberra Heat Volleyball AcademyThe Canberra Heat Volleyball Academy was established by Volleyball ACT to support the identification and continuous development of elite and promising young indoor and beach volleyball players and coaches in the ACT. The Heat Academy provides a crucial feeder programme for our own Canberra Heat Men's and Women's Teams. A number of Heat Academy players have also progressed into our national Youth, Junior and Senior teams representing Australia.
