Canberra Hospital Foundation

The Foundation:
- Raises awareness of the exceptional care provided by Canberra Health Services.
- Works with donors to direct funds to areas of need across Canberra Health Services.
- Ensures that funds under our stewardship are allocated according to the wishes of donors and the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

Purpose:
To work closely with the ACT community to increase the amount of donated money to assist in the provision of better healthcare services for the people of the ACT and surrounding regions.

Vision:
That all residents of the ACT and surrounding regions have access to world class healthcare and facilities.

We support strategies, services and research that:
-Promote individual family and community health and well being.
-Help our health system provide care and interventions at all levels-from community and primary care to acute and post acute care.
-Ensure our health care is based on the best available evidence.
-Strengthen partnerships between healthcare providers, consumers and the community.
