Great spot for BBQ and weekend family outings. Enough space for kids to play on the lawn. Well organised Japanese style garden with a Chinese garden on the side. Not enough parking around though if there's event going on.
Great place to hold an Ingress meet-up.
Absolutely amazing, so many activities, amazing food, an enjoyable evening for whole family. Better to bring a few folding chairs and a picnic rug
Nara Park is absolutely beautiful with its lovely Japanese Gardens. A nice place for a walk, and its overlooking the lake, making it a very beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful park. There was a small bit of cherry blossom left when we were there. But according to our Canberra local friends, cherry blossoms were in full bloom for a couple of weeks. Nevertheless, we had a BBQ there and it was the most enjoyable.
