Good experience. Recently ordered 40mm Bredbo Brown from them. Best price in town for product and delivery.
Purchased over phone was told a rough time for delivery. Was contacted ten minutes before driver arrived. Driver asked where to unload. I do not know about comment of stuff dropped off in the wrong spot I guess this can happen if you are not home.
As for the comment about the reception lady I had no troubles dealing with her. Found her quite efficient and effective actually. There is only one person in the (busy) office so you are not going to get favourable responses if you ask whether the white stone or black pebble better.

The delivery drivers are really good, help out as much as they can with where to dump stuff on difficult area's.

Terrible services. Rude receptionist and the driver just dumps part of the dirt onto the road when he could just backed in a little more.
