Had a session with Colin following up prolotherapy with Dr Stefan Praet. Colin was extremely well researched, thorough and efficient with string hands. Felt better than I had in weeks. Despite the pain, can’t wait to get back to more healing. Many thanks

Colin and his team are awesome. Injury treatment in wholistic practice which, in my mind, is Canberra’s best!

User

I cannot eloquently assemble a post to adequately describe Colin, his colleagues and his business.

What I will say, hand on heart - there is absolutely no way that I would be able to continue working (let alone maintain some remnant of sanity) without Colin. Of this, I am certain.

I will be forever grateful for the time and effort both Colin and Caroline have put into a)putting up with my incessent winging, and b) remedying my wonky bits

Go see them. Do it. Your body and mental state will thank you for years.

The team here, when it comes to treatments are very knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your injury and tailoring a rehabilitation program. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Our feet are the only part of the body which connect us to the ground. This connection is important for posture, balance, proprioception and strength.
Most of us become very disconnected from the ground, either through the shoes we wear or the way we run. Running is one of the most natural movements we do as humans but not a lot of people realize that it is a skill that needs to be learned and conditioned.
... If you compare Running styles between a kid and a adult, you will see significant differences!! Adults have slowly de-conditioned their running ability through years and years of wearing shoes and sitting down.
The development of modern day Running shoes have not helped in the process at these shoes promote a heel striking Running pattern.
Every time your heel hits the ground, in front of your body, you are creating a breaking force, which is going in the opposite direction to which you’re running. It’s pretty much like trying to run with the handbrake on!! Each heel strike is potentially causing damage to your foot, ankle, knee, hip, back etc etc and that’s just in one step!! Think how many steps you do in a 1km run!!!! If you are an avid runner who keeps getting niggly injuries and believe you are a heel striker, it may be time to have your running technique assessed. A few simple tweaks can make a huge difference.
Book in for a Running Gait Analysis with Mick and we can work on this together.

MEET THE TEAM..... If you haven’t already met Caroline in the clinic, she is the one who will always greet you with a smile at the front desk. She is the cog in the clinic machine that keeps this place going. Not just a magnificent receptionist but she makes sure the treatment rooms are looking fresh and the towels smelling pretty. Caroline just recently completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage and is looking to focus towards Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments and also Oncology massage. So look out in the near future for her name in the bookings online. #meettheteam #cstt #canberra #cbr #massage #diploma #remedialmassage #oncology #lymph #lymphaticdrainage #receptionist #smiles

You can’t pour from an empty cup!
Exerting all this energy towards work, gym, family etc is great but the cup needs to be refilled, time and time again.
Don’t burn out!
... Give back to your self.

Team work is dream work!
#Repost @ericlilliebridge ・・・ Recovery is just as important as the actual training. Especially now that I’m one week post Big Dogs and the inflammation in my right glute and left shoulder have gone down enough to be treated properly. Headed in to see Colin Frost at Canberra Soft Tissue Therapy and I’m always blown away by his level of expertise. Next step is getting PRP injections with more soft tissue work. #teamlilliebridge @teamlilliebridge @erni...elilliebridgesr @ernielilliebridgejr @perriblain
