Reviews
Mainly the rainbow lorikeets interested in the apples and mealy worms, quite colourful and fun to photograph. Other birds seem shy and not that interested in being fed. A fun place to visit for a while.
When I was young, I desperately wanted to be a chimney sweep like in the movie Mary Poppins.. instead I've become the bird woman.. and I couldn't be happier 😂💖
This place is my heaven. I couldn't be more excited when I come here. The birds each have their own little personalities and you could sit and watch them for hours. They will sit on you or near you as you feed them meal worms and apple. They are cheeky and greedy and so adorable. When they soar up and fly together above you, their wings fluttering, it sends shivers of delight down your spine as you hear them rush past overhead and feel the breeze from their wings. The staff are helpful and kind, there is shade and seating and birds. So many sweet, adorable birds. I find that I start speaking to them all in a 'baby' voice and I bet you will too. They do love sparkly and shiny things, they have good taste, so watch your earrings and necklaces!
It might be slightly more than tuppence a bag .. but feed the birds .. it's worth every single cent 🐦🐦😊💖
A good value family experience
Love this place. We buy an annual membership every year.
Love this place great experiance my 5 year old daughter and sister had a lovely time visiting this place in the school holidays was great feeding the birds!!
We went on Saturday morning and it wasn't busy at all. Great place for bird lovers! Our girls really enjoyed feeding all the parrots and birds. It's pretty small and it only takes 15-20 minutes to visit. The entry price could be a bit lower.
Don't go on a hot summer's day. The birds aren't too keen as it's too hot
Lots of riotous fun with bird going everywhere.
Pretty nice small place some of exotic birds quite friendly coming to you grabbing their food other are a bit shy, overall a good experience.
Enjoyed all the birds. Fed some birds, sat and relaxed while the birds flew over head.

A day to celebrate our national flower... Today is National Wattle Day!
Here's what we know about the fluffy ball of yellow fuzz...
🌼 They grow all over Australia with over 1000 known species!... 🌼 Acacias, or wattle, are actually legumes! 🌼 Wattle is a favourite food for many Australian birds including parrots, pigeons, Black Cockatoos and Gang Gangs. 🌼 Plus it also makes for a good bird perch too!

Two little finches, sitting on a wall...
Looking, well... a little red-faced. These little beauties are in fact Red Face Star Finches and are easily spotted in our aviary.

A good experience, the place is a little worn down, could do with a facelift. Birds were cute.
