I have had several serious health issues for a couple of years and if it wasn't for Samantha and all the lovely staff I would have had so much more trouble. Samantha especially has gone utterly well out of her way numerous times to help me, even speaking with others on my behalf to help me as much as she possibly can. I am forever grateful.
Sure sometimes there are slight mix ups and waiting times but we are all just human and the fact they try their best and apologise for any trouble and do it with a smile speaks for itself. I am always grateful to visit such a wonderful, community driven and caring chemist.

I'll give 10 stars if I can, my family gets great service advice, help every time we go there. Thank you so much to everyone who works there.

This Pharmacy has been very helpful and supportive for my family and its needs for the past 6 years. Their staff is friendly and the pharmacists are interested and caring. Their attention to our specific needs especially by way of diabetic care and supplies has been terrific.

Amazingly wonderfull staff. Polite courteous and Always helping..Bit heavy on price though but They treat you with dignity..Gonna be regular!!!

Staff are wonderful and always helpful, prices not bad. Love the hours open early and closes late.

We have been going here twice a week for 3 years. The staff are unfailingly friendly, professional and helpful. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else

I was very impressed at the professionalism and expertise of the staff here, and their level of personalised care exceeded my expectations.

I Would give them a zero star if I could! I had to wait for over 30mins to get ONE photo certified when it wasn't busy at all. They just kept me waiting and served every other person that came after me. They would have certified straight away if the request came from someone else. I asked for my document and walked away still uncertified! waste of time :(

Friendly. Helpful staff, especially when they help me with my prescriptions. They explain whatever I ask about in a kind, friendly manner.

Close to offices. Prices are bit dearer compared to other discount chemists , but location is good and it is convenient.

Went here as was working in the area as opposed to my local pharmacy, the young gentlemen who helped me couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, best experience I've had with a pharmicist to date.
I will only be going here from now on.

I haven’t been to capital chemist wanniassa in a long time, I will not go back, my script was $6 more than any other chemist and I found 2 of the 3 staff I dealt with to be very rude

The Wanniassa Capital Chemist is truly a great chemist. The staff here are very genuine and it's easy to see they actually care about the customers.

Great service. Great range...but most of all great service

I have only been to this chemist twice and both times have ended in tears. The staff are judgmental and act like police -- they are clearly on a major power trip.

I went in for some codeine today to reduce my gastric fever and it was like getting blood out of a stone. I swear they thought I was a junky. Yeah I look dodgy ...because i've been vomiting all night from a stomachs virus.

They gave me a huge lecture and treated me like a kid (I'm 40). And tried to tell me I just needed panadol.

I've never been treated so rudely by chemist staff before! Oh yes I have, once before at the same place. It was total dejavu.

What a pack of old cows. Never again!

I'm going back to chemist warehouse as I usually do even though it's not my local.

I took my sick grandson in seeking some advice on natural cough medicines. Cathy and the girls were very helpful indeed and took the time to look at a range of products before recommending one which they thought would be best. A Very attentive and knowledgeable team.

Kambah Capital Chemist are fantastic! All of the staff and particularly the pharmacists always make time to speak with me when I come in with a particular worry. Knowing they are there to help, either in store or on the other end of the phone gives me and my family great comfort. A true service to the community. Highly recommend.

Cathy, and her staff, are always professional and friendly. Excellent service including additional suggestions to obtain difficult to find products. Today amongst store renovations, and a busy shopfront, they quickly and easily located stock including phoning other Capital Chemists. Highly recommend.
