The gear here is very cheap and worth every cent. One of the only stores I know of that still sells PS2 and XBOX games, most of them are a ton better than the garbage we get these days.

Definitely recommend this place! Lovely staff, cheap prices, you can't go wrong!

Some items are still priced as they would be brand new but you can find some good deals.

Never sell anything to them, actually never engage in anything with them! Cheat on price, when you are not happy with their offer, they damage your stuff

Go for the games mostly but occasionally check out the technology. Staff could be better. and a better payment method would be great.

Don't buy equipment from these folks, they don't check to see if it works and they don't do refunds. They do exchange, but because a lot of their gear is faulty you can find yourself going back... and back... and back.

Absolutely awful service from a staff member (15th Oct, 2017)

Myself and my partner went in yesterday to enquire about a
Playstation Pro and we were told we could do a trade in. So today around 3pm we went back, brought our ps4 but were told we needed the controller (weren't told this earlier). We then get told they close at 4pm so we rush back home grab the controller and go back. We get there about 15mins before 4pm, we go in the the store the same lady sees us says we had to wait a few minutes whilst she finished serving the other customer.
After she finished the lady comes over and says she wouldn't be able to do the trade as it was 10mins till closing time....we went to the shop 3 times...Saturday 1 time and...Sunday 2 times...same lady served us each visit.

Biggest waste of time / stuff around.

Trade or sell your old cds dvds games phones consoles accessories etc

The music they play is awful. Constantly blasting depressing metal music which makes you want to get out as fast as possible. Trade-in value is an insult to their customers - I was offered $25 for a pair of headphones which are worth $380.

This store has plenty of phones, but you dont even have a phone number for us to ring. hahaha

CeX is a favourite store of mine to peruse, but only for cheap games and movies. The unfortunate thing is that they offer their electronics almost exclusively at higher prices than they should - mostly above retail price.

The store has just been renovated so it's roomier, with more room for DVDs, BluRays and Games. These are all fairly good value though.

The one sticking point is the hardware - it's just not a good price.

The staff are nice and very knowledgable about their products. Their dress code is free for the staff to express themselves and just like everywhere else some things are more expensive that others, but there are some really great bargains.
