Chris works with Laing + Simmons Commercial Property as a retail sales and leasing specialist. Dedicating himself to his clients Chris takes on the L + S philosophy to go above and beyond.

Chris is the National Head of Retail sales and leasing at Laing + Simmons Commercial Property. He knows all too well the importance of excellent communication, dedication and perseverance in order to build thriving relationships with his clients.

One of the few agents in the real estate industry with a university degree, Chris graduated from the Australian National University with a double Bachelor of Commerce and Arts.

Born and raised in Canberra, he has a great understanding of the local property market as well as a good relationship with the community which gives clients confidence when buying and selling property.

Joining the Laing + Simmons Commercial team in 2015, Chris has already made a name for himself around town servicing the Canberra office in sales and leasing. Where he excels is in his ability to liaise with clients, respond to enquiries and coordinate sales and leasing arrangements.

Chris’ strong negotiation, communication and people skills, combined with his approachable and cheerful personality have allowed him to connect with clients to deliver results that go above and beyond the expected.
