Citywest Carpark

Lost my ticket and they charged $100 for letting me out. I can understand an administrative charge but this was pure extortion and disproportionate to a relatively minor error on my part.

Does the job well. Toilets are tidy.

It's just a carpark. Payment machines are always breaking down.

Parking on the roof is $12 - what they don't tell you or advertise anywhere is that it's $12 whether you stay for 40mins (as I did) or 9 hours. The staff are rude, aggressive and unhelpful. I'd park anywhere else before even trying this carpark.

It is affordable on the rooftop but it takes ages to wind your way up with pretty tight ramps. There are also times you need to be in before. I don't rely on this as a parking option.
