Thank you Climate Master Team!!!!

Our central heating died the day before we were due to bring our new born son home from hospital. The wonderful team at Climate Master Canberra (Theo, Ian and the great lady on reception) worked to urgently find the part (especially difficult as they didn’t stock parts for the old heater we had), Theo pick it up late in the day, drop it off to Ian the technician after hours at his home and they got it fixed the next morning just as we were arriving home from hospital.

Fantastic customer service, we can not thank you all enough.

Excellent service.
Had a great experience with all staff and especially the technician. I believe the cost to repair my unit was very reasonably and I wasn't keen to part ways with my hard earn. But when you're dealing with the great team at Climate Master that fixed my system so quickly it does ease the pain.

Technician was supposed to arrive between 7am and 12noon, got a call at 11.45am to say the technician was sick today and wasn't going to be coming and to reschedule. A call 15 mins out from the end of my scheduled time is unacceptable and poor customer service. I've ended up cancelling the reschedule and going with another company.

Was given a 7am appt on a specific day - didnt turn up - then told by the most arrogant of people that I didnt have that appt and that they would check with the technician where he was up to. Was told that he would be out after 12 which wasnt convenient to me. Was then told the technician was dealing with an emergency that morning - I then said so I did have the 7am appt - I was just talked over. What a terrible way to treat a customer! Would not recommend. I am still fuming!!!

I called Climate Master when the heating of our reverse cycle air conditioning unit stopped working. Initially I was told that a technician would be around between 8 and 12 a couple of days later. I specifically remember the period because I questioned the need for a 4 hour window - the rest of us work too, you know. At about 1 pm of that day I called them back to ask where the technician was and was told "we'd never give a specific time. The technician won't be at your house until late in the afternoon.". The condescending lady on the phone then proceeded to tell me "sometimes our callers don't hear us right ..." at which point I almost told her where to stick the phone.

However, that said, the technician's service could not be faulted when he arrived. He (Andrew) was a personable bloke who did his job well. He quickly identified the problem and not only had the unit repaired, but had tweaked it to better performance than before (it now actually turns off when reaching temperature rather than continuing to circulate air). He even dropped by early the next day to check the unit out when I called back concerned it had failed again (which it hadn't. It had just turned itself off upon reaching temperature).

So, other than the phone manners of certain members, I was happy with the service.

Great service and good communication all round, esp Andrew the tech that visited. Actually received call backs when they promised to look into my unusual Actron unit and they were genuinely interested to help find a solution.
